Personal Data Protection Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform people who visit askindigital.com.tr or contact us by email about how their personal data is processed.

2. Personal data we process

• When you email us: your name, your email address and the content of your message.
• When you visit the site: your IP address and browser information, recorded automatically in our hosting provider's server logs.

The site has no contact form, no accounts and no analytics or tracking tools.

3. Purposes

• To answer your enquiries and handle partnership discussions.
• To keep the site secure and running, and to prevent misuse.

4. Legal bases

• KVKK Art. 5(2)(c): processing is necessary for entering into or performing a contract with you (enquiries and partnership requests).
• KVKK Art. 5(2)(f): processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (site security and server logs).

5. Transfers

Your personal data is shared only for the purposes above, with these service providers:

• Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and server logs.
• Google LLC (USA): email service (Gmail).

Because these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, these are transfers abroad and are carried out under the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Cookies

The site does not use cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

7. Retention

• Email correspondence is kept for at most 2 years after your request is resolved, and then deleted.
• Server logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:

• a)learn whether your personal data is processed,
• b)request information about the processing if it has been processed,
• c)learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose,
• ç)know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
• d)request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• e)request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• f)request that the actions under (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom your data was transferred,
• g)object to a result against you that arises exclusively from automated analysis of your data,
• ğ)claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.

9. How to apply

You can send your request in two ways:

• In writing: a letter to the data controller's address (Sağlık Mah. 1432. Sk. Sena Apt. No: 4 Daire: 10 Merkez/Bolu, Türkiye).
• By email: to dijitalaskin@gmail.com.

Requests are answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

If your request is rejected, you find the answer insufficient, or no answer is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) under Article 14 of the KVKK, within thirty days of learning of the answer and in any case within sixty days of your application.
