Site maintenance

We look after your site regularly after delivery. It's optional.

Site Basic

USD 35 / month

  • Up to 30 minutes of small changes a month
  • Regular site checks
  • A backup after every change

Site Active

USD 65 / month

  • Up to 1 hour of changes a month
  • Weekly update check
  • Daily backup

Billed monthly in advance. Unused time doesn't carry over to the next month. Bigger changes get a separate quote. Your site is yours, with or without maintenance.

Custom admin panels

We build a panel that opens in your browser, so you can run orders, stock, production or customers from one screen, the way you work. Every panel comes with user login, permissions for who sees what, regular backups and a record of who did what.

How it works

  1. Needs study: paid; the amount is stated in the written quote (deducted from the total if you give us the project)
  2. Built section by section
  3. Testing, training and launch
  4. Monthly operating maintenance is required while the panel is in live use; its fee is stated in the quote.

If a standard accounting or stock program is enough, we'll recommend one first. A custom panel is for work that ready-made software can't handle.

Payment: 40% upfront, 40% at the working interim version, 20% on acceptance (interim version: when the first sections are shown to you working).

We set up your Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad accounts and manage your ads every month.
